We're looking for a high-level Executive Assistant or an Operations Coordinator who's more than just organized—they're resourceful, creative, and ready to move fast when it counts.
This role is built for someone who can handle the unexpected, juggle multiple tasks without flinching, and be on-call during weekends (with flexibility), all while coordinating swag orders, handling light design needs, and managing executive-level tasks.

- Swag Coordination
- Research, design, and order custom-branded merchandise (e.g. event giveaways, client gifts, team kits)
- Coordinate with vendors, track inventory, and manage logistics end-to-end
- Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create simple but polished graphics for swag, presentations, and internal materials
- Edit and format PDFs, slide decks, and branded assets
- Use Canva, Figma, or similar tools to execute fast turnarounds
- Executive Support & On-Call Availability
- Be available on weekends (as needed) and respond quickly to messages
- Manage inbox triage, calendar support, and task follow-ups
- Anticipate needs, flag time-sensitive requests, and maintain clear communications
- Handle errands, research, order placement, and other ad hoc admin tasks
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage swag logistics, gifting, or event coordination
- Strong design skills using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
- Comfortable being on-call during weekends (actual work volume may vary)
- Highly responsive, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- You don't wait to be told what to do—you spot the need and act
