This role requires an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems associated with turbomachinery, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers. Emphasis will be placed on driving quality, ensuring safety, and promoting customer satisfaction.As a** Senior Project Installation Manager**, you will be responsible for:- Planning, coordinating, and executing the installation of turbomachinery equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Promote Baker Hughes’ commitment to safety and quality.- Ensuring all installation activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety training sessions.- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance installation efficiency and quality.- Regularly communicating project status, key milestones, and any critical issues to high management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.**Fuel your passion****To be successful in this role you will**:- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
