We are looking for a Head of Domain Networks and Managed Services for the Customer Unit (CU) LATAM South who will report to the Head of Networks & Managed Services MELA and will have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Customer Unit LATAM South Head.
This role will act as the techno-commercial and service delivery leader for the entire Networks and Managed Services business and portfolio in the CU LATAM South, empowering our people, leading the market, and driving customer success to contribute to the overall success of CU LATAM South, MELA and Group Objectives.
What will you do:- Develop the Networks and Managed Services domain strategy and business plan in CU LATAM South.
- Lead fulfillment excellence, secure firm execution against financial and operational targets, in close collaboration with the MELA Domain Networks and Managed Services and BA Networks and BA Cloud Software and Services and supported by an adequate system of business governance and reviews.
- Align Ericsson’s offering with MELA’s and customer’s technology and business requirements to drive a best-in-class customer experience, ensuring profitable growth and shareholder value.
- Full accountable for developing and delivering superior end-to-end solutions spanning our Radio and Transport portfolio, with all associated Deployment, Optimization, Performance & Evolution and Support Services, as well as Managed Services in CU LATAM South.
- Drive the technical and commercial strategy of all Networks and Managed Services deals in CU LATAM South. Ensure we maximize profitability through the application of the full toolbox of techno-commercials, as well as optimization of delivery cost.
- Foster effective collaboration between commercial, pre-sales, sourcing, and service delivery teams to identify customer needs and translate them into relevant Techno-Commercial Value Propositions.
- Maximize our sales opportunities in areas that can generate high margins and scale for Ericsson by providing MELA market, business, and customer insights to secure competitive and relevant BA offerings.
- Maximize profitability by implementing processes, methods, tools, and delivery models based on automation, right shoring, resource mix and planning (on- and off-shore). Secure discipline and control in solutioning and project execution to minimize cost overrun.
- Maintain strong and well trusted relationships with external (customers) and internal key stakeholders.
- Partner with account teams in CU LATAM South to facilitate and support strategic customer dialogues on execution and improvement topics spanning pre-sales, products, delivery, support, and operations, aiming to nurture upsell opportunities and establish a trusted advisory partner position.
- Review operational processes to assess activities, responsibilities, deliverable to strive for operational excellence and full compliance to operational guidelines and compliance policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a large, high-performing team composed of pre-sales managers, product and solution experts, and service delivery professionals to execute a focused business strategy in CU LATAM South.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) strategy in CU LATAM South, including fulfillment of legal local requirements.
- Uphold high standards of Ethics, Compliance, and Integrity within the organization by consistently integrating ethical considerations into every action, guided by the principles of Purpose, Principle, and Perception (the 3 P's).
Competence:
- Effective Leadership in Matrix environment with large geographical spread.
- Strong Service Delivery experience.
- Experience in crisis management linked to business continuity.
- Customer Intimacy.
- Proven track record in transforming organizational culture and driving efficiency through automation and simplified customer engagement approaches.
- Consultative Selling Skills, fluent across engagement models – techno-commercial product engagement, Managed Services engagement, Services engagement.
- Ericsson Networks portfolio knowledge across both Services and Products.
- Health & Safety operational processes, relevant legal requirements.
- Financial Understanding.
- Coaching and Mentoring.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with local employee representatives (where applicable).
- Presentation, communication, and influence skills.
- Proficiency in the local language is a plus.
- University Degree in Business, Engineering.
- Large experience in leadership positions.
- Experience as Service Delivery, KAM, or Pre-sales and / or Techno Commercial experience.
- Mandatory experience from Telecom Network industry.
- Strong personal track record and experience of sales and C-level engagements in Networks domain.
This position will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
