
Senior Account Manager Analyst

This professional will play a key role in **strengthening long-term partnerships**, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and actively contributing to the **structuring of processes, data analysis, and generation of strategic insights** to support decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the direct point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring **satisfaction, retention, and loyalty**.
- Organize and optimize **work routines, processes, and workflows** within the commercial area.
- Structure, monitor, and present **performance indicators** related to client relationship management.
- Perform **data analysis** to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Develop **management reports and dashboards** to support decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and structured management of **client data and information**.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and others) to provide solutions aligned with client needs.
- Support the preparation of **executive presentations** and reports for Senior Management.
**Requisites and Qualifications**
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **client relationship management** or strategic account management.
- ** Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets** (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, and charts).
- ** Advanced English** (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of **PowerPoint and/or Google Slides** for preparing executive reports and presentations.
- Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal** skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in the **betting, entertainment, or technology** industries.
- Knowledge of **CRM and data analysis tools**.
- Proactivity and ability to **build processes from scratch**.
