Work Flexibility: Field-based

Responsibilities:
  • Call on Orthopedic surgeons -via rooms, in theatre, hospital tearooms
  • Sales activities on a daily basis
  • Admin – weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product orders
  • Call on Matrons, scrub sisters, pharmacy managers, CSSD sisters, stock controllers
  • Conduct regular workshops with Doctors, scrub sisters, CSSD sisters
  • Constant online trainings for development
  • Collaborate with team as well as other divisions
  • Scrub up for theatre cases – CRICE certified
  • Travel 70-80% of the time
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years Sales experience with Diploma in related field. Higher Education preferable.
  • Proven performance (internally = rated HE+) and 1 year involvement in company programs (internally = SYK programs; Product Champion, Engagement Champion, SWN site lead, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Outgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values
  • Confidence and persistence

  • Analytical and planning skills
  • Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Valid driving licence
