Work Flexibility: Field-basedResponsibilities: Call on Orthopedic surgeons -via rooms, in theatre, hospital tearoomsSales activities on a daily basisAdmin – weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product ordersCall on Matrons, scrub sisters, pharmacy managers, CSSD sisters, stock controllersConduct regular workshops with Doctors, scrub sisters, CSSD sistersConstant online trainings for developmentCollaborate with team as well as other divisionsScrub up for theatre cases – CRICE certifiedTravel 70-80% of the timeQualifications: 3+ years Sales experience with Diploma in related field. Higher Education preferable.Proven performance (internally = rated HE+) and 1 year involvement in company programs (internally = SYK programs; Product Champion, Engagement Champion, SWN site lead, etc.).Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations preferredExcellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written EnglishOutgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or valuesConfidence and persistencePatience and self-motivationAnalytical and planning skillsFlexible approach to work in order to adapt to changesStrong teamwork and networking skillsCommercial and business awarenessValid driving licenceReside in/close to the territory#J-18808-Ljbffr
