Join our team as a Customer Support Consultant in a multicultural and multilingual remote environment. Work from home and develop new skills with a People First management approach.
What you will do- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Handle customers' sensitive information securely
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Collaborate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
- Native Chinese and English (upper intermediate, B2)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Personal or professional experience in crypto
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
