- Native Chinese and English language proficiency (upper intermediate level).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
- Personal or professional experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex issues.
- Positive and responsible attitude, with excellent time management skills.
- Personal laptop/computer with at least 8Gb RAM and stable internet connection.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
