Key Responsibilities:

Requirements for Success:
  • Native Chinese and English language proficiency (upper intermediate level).
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Personal or professional experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with excellent time management skills.
  • Personal laptop/computer with at least 8Gb RAM and stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
