- Document and categorize customer inquiries and issues for analysis and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure efficient execution of standard operating procedures.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, focusing on ticket resolution and proposing long-term solutions.
- Analyze key performance indicators using Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with service/support management tools.
