Our mission is to expand international markets and accelerate cryptocurrency adoption rate.Are you looking for an exciting career in one of the fastest growing companies in the blockchain industry to be part of the decentralization evolution?**Principle Responsibilities**:- Oversee and guide global markets on localized expansion.- Expand, manage, assist and provide assistance to local Poloniex communities, both online and offline.- Interact and moderate regional Poloniex platforms including social media and chat groups to foster positive engagement.- Identify partnership opportunities with key influencers, social media and press.- Work with the central branding team to generate, translate and proofread localized contents.- Manage paid media advertising campaigns across social media, app store optimization and landing page optimization.- Help on Poloneer recruitment and relationship management.- Assist in shaping Poloniex branding in the region.- Assist in offline and online events, meet-ups and exhibitions.- Communicate market and user feedback/suggestions to respective departments.- Understand and share local market opportunities, local trends and news.**What we're looking for**:- 4+ years experience in digital marketing, community management or growth marketing in the tech industry.- Entrepreneurial mindset to seek for high growth opportunities.- Must have strong interests in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry.- Experience in setting up performance measurement and responsible for ROI across multiple channels.- Understanding of Google Analytics, SimilarWeb or other analytics tools.- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language(s).
