**Descrição do posto**
- To support active customers and prospects of OEMs according to the customer portfolio and customer segmentation PCMO - Passenger Car (Tour Vehicles) responsible for the first fill and after-sales business of the OEM;
- Define and ensure proper planning of visits (Through salesforce)
- Define, ensure and follow the annual sales strategic plan of its segment
- Define and ensure the correct implementation of strategies and commercial actions
- Define and ensure based on sales plans all commercial aspects aimed at profitability and optimization of resources, involving price, the payment condition, campaigns, and sales forecast
- Ensure due relationship and partnership with the board and management of the automakers served, providing statistical reports and sharing information in search of a better performance ensuring a strong and sustainable penetration.
- Define, ensure and follow the action plan for prospecting new accounts on the PCMO channel;
- Responsible for contracts of commodity and negotiate with customers the best practices to obtain a better operational results with customers
- Ensure the health of the client portfolio: credit limits, average price, volume. Mix, payment condition, and seasonality of purchases.
- Contribute to the participation of RFQs by conducting strategic partnerships with opinion-building clients, ensuring commercial profitability, and ensuring the sustainable development of the project;
- Contribute to other departments by ensuring that trade policies are aligned.
- Higher Education preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related áreas.
- Desirable Post-graduation business administration
- Languages: Advanced English is mandatory. Desirable Spanish / French.
- Desirable Minimum 5 years’ experience in management or supervision of commercial teams.
- Experience in medium and large-sized negotiations (Key Accounts), new business development and marketing campaigns.
- Intermediate Computing (Word - Excel - PowerPoint / Outlook)
- Technical knowledge in Lubricants - Lubrication - Engine - Transmission - Cooling - Brakes - Fuel
- Knowledge in Automotive Market / Lubricants Market and Competition. Experience of 8 years in the commercial area.
