Job Summary This is a challenging role for a seasoned professional looking to take ownership of product management and drive business growth. About the Role: We are seeking a Product Owner who can lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and Kanban principles is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Leverage data analysis and business acumen to inform product decisions and drive revenue growth. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams. Maintain accurate records and reports on product performance, highlighting areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field. Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
