Prometheus Group's Customer Success Department seeks a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role involves understanding customer needs, identifying key stakeholders and establishing collaborative relationships between our organization and customers. Responsibilities include forging new connections with existing customers, developing engagement strategies, representing the customer voice in product development and marketing processes and driving cross-functional initiatives for improved customer experience and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think strategically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, providing expert guidance on how to maximize their use of our platform, and continually looking for ways to improve our services.
