- Realização de visitas comerciais;
- Executar o atendimento nos canais internos da empresa;
- Atuar no acompanhamento das demandas, solicitações e sugestões dos clientes;
- Solucionar problemas, traçando estratégias para melhorar a jornada do cliente;
- Manter o bom relacionamento e preservar pela boa experiência do cliente.
**Requisitos**:
**Formação Acadêmica**:
Curso superior completo ou em andamento nas áreas de Agronegócio, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência anterior na área de Customer Experience (CX) ou Customer Sucess (CS);
- Vivência com alto volume de atendimentos e vendas de ticket alto;
- Disponibilidade para viagens;
- Bom relacionamento e atendimento ao cliente;
- Possuir boa comunicação, energia e cordialidade;
- Iniciativa, proatividade e gestão de conflitos;
- Perfil resolutivo e resiliente.
