Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and iterate a full-cycle B2C demand generation framework, using a variety of channels (paid and organic) and tactics based on campaign goals and target audiences to acquire new customers at scale and maximize the return of marketing spend (ROAS).
  2. Own and professionalize customer journey through a variety of organic and paid channels, maximizing customer engagement, retention rate, and frequency (LTV). Develop a holistic view of our customer lifecycle and how growth can positively impact that lifecycle.
  3. Own conversion rate optimization, marketing analytics, and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs.
  4. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with media partners.
  5. Be responsible for managing the paid media budget and reporting results in different forums of the company.
  6. Understand how we can leverage our results through better communications and campaigns.
  7. Lead the Paid Media and CRM team: recruitment, management, and organizational structure. Develop a top-notch team that loves to work with you and succeed alongside you.
  8. Explore and operate state-of-the-art martech tools/platforms.
  9. Be in constant contact with industry innovation, always staying on top of performance activities, trends, and new technologies.

What you have previously done:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
  2. Experience in eCommerce, Consultancy, Banking, and Tech-Startups/Direct Response context.
  3. Advanced Excel skills.
  4. Advanced proficiency in English.
  5. Advanced experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  6. Experience with SEM, Paid Social, or/and Display in an eCommerce or Direct Response context.
  7. Understanding of the marketing-tech landscape is a plus.
