Product Engineering Support - Solutions Architect
**_ Role Overview:_**
The Trellix Product Engineering Support team is responsible for providing foundational DevOps tools in support of our products. We continuously improve our software delivery platform and processes for development, integration, and production of award-winning enterprise security products. The team is focused on enabling the adoption of Public Cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code deployment model to realize the agility and governance that comes from the utilization of modern processes. We are currently looking for a seasoned Solution Architect responsible for translating enterprise strategies and standards, product team needs, and industry innovations into resilient solutions. The PES team is part of Technology Services within the office of the CIO and supports GitHub, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Artifactory (JFrog suite), or TeamCity for the enterprise.
**Role Overview**:

The PES team is part of Technology Services within the office of the CIO and supports GitHub, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Artifactory (JFrog suite), or TeamCity for the enterprise.
**About the role**:
- Perform architecture and security reviews, identify gaps, and develop remediation plans.
- Define, document, and maintain a technical DevOps architecture roadmap that includes business, product, and technical considerations based off the strategic DevOps roadmap.
- Implement and enable DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
- Possess extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools running on cloud, database, infrastructure, and related IT function.
- Partner with the Enterprise Architect for Software Development Lifecycle and product teams to refine CI/CD and DevOps strategy and technical roadmap by working with senior technical leaders within the DevOps organization.
**About you**:
- Passion for finding creative and balanced solutions to solve internal SDLC challenges.
- Passion for technical mentorship and maintains flexibility with changes in direction. Helps make sense of the technical direction and related rationale to junior team members.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and a drive for personal and professional growth.
- Minimum three years of continuous demonstrated experience in architecting, implementing, and maintaining solutions of Enterprise DevOps tools in AWS.
- A demonstrated grasp on software development business process concepts.
- Minimum three years of experience architecting cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub.
- Functional knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, routing, and load balancers.
- Minimum ten years of professional experience.
- Masters degree, industry certifications, and/or developer experience are preferred.
