**Job Overview** Our company is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the development of our channel sales strategy in Brazil. As Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of sales programs, customer relations, and channel development. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration in Brazil. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct thorough market analyses to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and optimize product offerings. Design and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of sales team members. Maintain accurate and timely records of performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. **Qualifications & Skills** To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 3 years of experience in sales management or related fields. Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
