As a Media Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by monetizing our media assets and social platforms. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities, diversify our client base, and activate high-impact advertising campaigns. This is an opportunity for a proactive sales professional with a passion for digital media, sports, and iGaming to make a tangible impact on a growing network. Responsibilities Monetize Social Media Projects: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue from our existing social media assets, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, media plans, and proposals to secure contracts and upsell additional services. Manage and nurture relationships with clients across Brazil: negotiate and close deals for sponsored content placements on the media sections of our in-house sites like Trivela, Umdoisesportes, and Lakersbrasil. Understand clients’ marketing objectives, industry trends, and audience insights to propose tailored media solutions. Run CPM/CPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize CPM campaigns across our network of sites, collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and customize campaigns for optimal performance. Monetize Media and Social Assets: Identify untapped opportunities to commercialize our media and social media inventory, such as affiliate partnerships, native ads, and custom integrations. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and stay informed about competitor activity and market trends. Conduct regular client check-ins, attend industry events, and represent the company in networking opportunities. Qualifications Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in media sales or brand partnerships, including expertise in programmatic and social media monetization. Strong understanding of media platforms with a network of contents in agencies and relevant brands for sports and iGaming. Strong interest in sports and solid understanding of the sports calendar to identify and leverage sales opportunities. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
