**What you'll do**:- Lead the growth and expansion of Admitad's presence in Brazil, focusing on both the short-term and long-term strategic objectives;- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth in the region;- Onboard new advertisers and publishers;- Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired revenue;- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regional growth, advertiser and publisher performance, and overall market impact.**What we expect**:- Depth knowledge of Digital marketing;- Affiliate marketing experience;- Must speak Portuguese natively and with fluency in English;- Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure;- Experience in team leadership.**We offer**:- Work in the international company;- Hybrid working format (office/home office);- Modern offices or access to coworking spaces;- It’s all about food - we offer food vouchers that can be used in restaurants and supermarkets;- We support you with a transportation voucher that you can use for public transportation or even via mobility apps;- Corporate education — courses and trainings, meetups and conferences;- Health insurance after probation period;
