Business Development Manager Position We are seeking a skilled professional to expand our presence in the LATAM region. Key Responsibilities: Dedicated partner acquisition and ongoing support for regional growth and client bases. Market expansion strategy, focusing on key LATAM markets, deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition. Identification and pursuit of business opportunities within the region to strengthen market penetration and regional visibility. Establishment and maintenance of strong partner networks and industry contacts to maximize business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to develop localized resources such as payment solutions, marketing initiatives, and platform support tailored to the region. Meet or exceed regional business targets through prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure that contribute directly to revenue and client growth. Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and performance support for partners. Provide management insights on LATAM market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform strategic decisions. Presentation of the company at regional industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and identify new opportunities. Ensure all activities within the LATAM region align with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Requirements: Proven experience in Business Development Management. Success in managing an existing portfolio of partnerships or clients. Strong knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential; English fluency is required. Residency in or strong working experience in the LATAM region.
