Job Title:Director of Regional ExpansionJob Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Director of Regional Expansion to spearhead our marketing efforts in Latin America, driving market expansion and brand growth across the region.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for regional expansion in alignment with the company's global strategy to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.Business Development & Channel Optimization: Identify, establish, and manage distributor, dealer, and direct sales networks to optimize channel management and improve sales conversion.Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory policies in Latin America to drive data-driven decision-making.Brand Promotion & Event Management: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including trade shows, academic conferences, KOL collaborations, and product campaigns to enhance brand visibility.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, regulatory, and product teams to ensure strategic plans align with business objectives.Sales Enablement: Provide market insights and sales tools, including promotional materials, sales training, and customer engagement strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
