Customer Success Role OverviewAs a strategic business partner, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of international customers in Brazil.Your focus will be on delivering outcomes such as customer retention, expansion, adoption, and advocacy.Manage a customer book and achieve targets for gross revenue retention (GRR), net revenue retention (NRR), adoption, and net promoter score (NPS)Co-create and execute onboarding/time-to-value and adoption plans using templates, playbooks, and your ideas, iterate based on data and customer feedbackLead key account reviews (EBRs), coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage renewals/expansions with clear next stepsMonitor customer health signals and usage, identify potential risks early, and develop save plansLead discovery to understand business use cases and pain points, design portal configurations and workflows that address them, and clearly document and present the solution to customersTranslate business objectives into clear requirements and collaborate with Support, Product, and Services teamsCapture insights, improve playbooks, and contribute voice-of-customer feedback to the product roadmap
