Regional Growth Strategist OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and implement localized recruitment strategies that align with our growth objectives in the Latin American region.As a Regional Growth Strategist, you will build and manage key partnerships with recruitment agents, educational consultants, and institutions to drive business growth.You will lead regional market initiatives, adapting strategies to fit market needs and cultural contexts, and mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve individual and team objectives.This role requires strong sales and relationship management expertise, as well as data-driven decision-making skills using CRM systems and data analytics tools.Bachelor's degree is required, and familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital engagement platforms is a plus.Your success will be measured by your ability to analyze and optimize recruitment performance using data analytics, refine strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.Requirements:6+ years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development, building strong partnerships with agents and institutions.Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic sales and relationship management.Data-driven decision-making skills, using CRM systems and data analytics tools to inform strategy.Bachelor's degree required, familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital engagement platforms a plus.
