Job Description:The company is seeking a Key Regional Growth Strategist to strengthen and expand their network in Central & South America.This key role has high visibility, built for someone who thrives on long-term growth, smart strategies and meaningful partnerships.This individual will take the lead on one of the company's most important growth regions: Central & South America, currently accounting for 30% of turnover.They will build on the strong foundation, deepen existing relationships, and explore new markets to expand the dealer network.Main Responsibilities:Support and grow current dealers with joint go-to-market initiativesBuild trust and visibility through regular contact and field visitsSpot improvement areas and coach dealers to reach their full potentialIdentify white spots in the market and develop new dealer partnershipsGather insights on competitors, customer needs, and regional dynamicsRequirements:The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in dealer/channel development in B2B industrial solutions, proven ability to grow a region through a mix of relationship-building and smart strategy, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English, comfortable with remote work and cross-cultural collaboration, and excellent communication and coaching skills.What We Offer:A key role in a growing, innovative international company, the opportunity to take ownership of a mature region with lots of potential, a product with real technical and commercial differentiation, a lean, no-nonsense culture where initiative and ownership are truly valued, direct line to our Chief Commercial Officer, competitive salary and bonus based on measurable growth and impact, and an international environment with room to make a difference.
