Job Opportunity: Lead Generation Specialist This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Lead Generation Specialist . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of lead generation strategies. Maintain and improve lead channels across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. Cultivate prospect interest through proactive communication and relationship-building techniques. Collaborate with sales teams to schedule calls and convert leads into clients. Analyze pipeline data and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM platforms. Prior experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting is highly valued. They should also be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to new leads across all platforms (GHL, Leadhype, Smartlead, Meta ads). - Conduct daily call show audits and update show/no-show statuses in tracking systems. - Manage and update the Airtable Lead Gen dashboard with accurate lead data and metrics. - Qualify inbound leads and schedule sales calls with interested prospects. - Execute manual follow-ups for warm leads and re-engagement campaigns. Skill Requirements: This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and soft skills. To be successful, candidates should have: - Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially GoHighLevel (GHL), or similar tools. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
