We are looking for a world class marketing leader and innovator to join our high-performing team to market the future of in-vehicle infotainment, connectivity, electrification and autonomous capabilities.
**Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To**:
- Interact with the commercial vehicle brand marketing and communication leads to promote features and connected services
- Own the US second owner go-to market plans for in-vehicle infotainment, connectivity, electrification and autonomy
- Responsible for delivering and implementing the customer messaging strategy that drives connected services subscription and delights customer/business owner throughout their ownership lifecycle
- Provide leadership in marketing, messaging, communications and market innovation
- Customer-centric focus while building a comprehensive customer journey map for all messaging, optimizing customer/vehicle data and channel utilization
- Work with and coordinate a cross‐functional team ‐ including marketing, business operations, customer experience, data analytics, legal and IT - to build and deliver personalized connected customer experience
- Responsible for improving commercial connected vehicle brand health through marketing communications, content, brand guidelines and standards
- Partner with agency team to develop customer segmentation, campaign performance and insights
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, Advertising or any other related field
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing or Branding
- Experience bringing customer insights to features and services, ensuring everything is done to meet their needs
- Ability to develop strategy using facts and data, test and implement plans, holding oneself and partners accountable for delivering results and satisfying our customers
- Efficient in prioritizing and delivering timely, high quality results to completion
- Proven collaborative abilities and teamwork across cross-functional teams, and ability to build consensus
- Experience working with, or for, advertising agency, and ability to collaborate and lead outside relationships with partners
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive leader, can-do demeanor and smart work ethic
- Experience working across large cross-functional teams and having tangible impact on decision-making and delivery of large scale programs
- Optimistic in the face of change, and able to quickly adopt change & influence project team through action
