Estamos à procura de Customer Success Manager Sr para trabalhar num arranque que forneça soluções tecnológicas de comércio electrónico e gestão de receitas para permitir um comércio digital inteligente para empresas de autocarros.Como parte da equipa de crescimento de clientes, será responsável pelas receitas, operações e gestão de uma carteira de clientes. Desenvolverá estratégias em conjunto com os nossos parceiros comerciais e as nossas equipas de produtos e marketing para desbloquear iniciativas de crescimento. O seu desempenho será medido em relação às contas que gere.O que é que vai fazer?Desenvolver relações de confiança com os clientes.Expandir as relações com os clientes existentes, propondo continuamente soluções que satisfaçam os seus objectivos.Assegurar a entrega dos produtos e serviços certos aos clientes de forma atempada.Resolver as questões e problemas dos nossos clientes.Preparar relatórios regulares de progresso e previsão para os intervenientes internos e externos usando indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs).Tarefas de reconciliação financeira**Experiência**:3-5 anos de experiência em crescimento, vendas ou papéis da KAM.Capacidade comprovada de execução com base em alvosExperiência em vendas consultivas e construção de relações com clientes.Falar uma língua adicional, seja espanhol ou inglês.Informação extra:**Localização**: híbrido.Formação contínua com acesso a livros, plataformas de aprendizagem, etc.Feriados (20 dias)Salário:$14.000 reais aproximadamenteTipo de vaga: Tempo integralSalário: Até R$14.000,00 por mês
