Excellent business partnering: The IT&D Manager will need to build relationships (virtually and in-person) with the Reckitt Manufacturing community, with Global Teams, and with key players across the global functions. Spanish capabilities useful.**Description**:**Atividades**- A equipe de Operações de Manufatura de TI&D atua como Tecnologia da Informação e da organização Digital em cada fábrica da Reckitt, bem como atendendo cada líder regional de Suprimentos dentro de uma determinada geografia e/ou unidade de negócios. Este Gerente de TI&D é uma liderança dentro da equipe de Operações de Manufatura de TI&D nas Américas (abrangendo Argentina, Brasil, Colômbia e México) em nossas unidades de negócios de Higiene e Health e Nutrição (GBUs).- Inicialmente operando de forma independente, será responsável pela ativação de todas as iniciativas estratégicas de TI&D nas fábricas dentro da geografia e responsável por TI&D para 2 líderes de negócios: Diretor Regional de Suprimentos LATAM Higiene e Diretor Regional de Suprimentos LATAM Nutrition. Estabelecendo um relacionamento de gerente de conta com a liderança da fábrica, regional e de categoria, essa pessoa garantirá que haja uma linha de comunicação clara entre todas as partes e que as partes interessadas comprem e se comprometam com uma jornada de transformação.- A função está sediada em São Paulo, Brasil, onde estão localizadas duas das fábricas do escopo.
