Excellent business partnering: The IT&D Manager will need to build relationships (virtually and in-person) with the Reckitt Manufacturing community, with Global Teams, and with key players across the global functions. Should also be able to function at an operational level and be able to create tangible and sustainable relationships with the key business teams and leaders within the factory and on the shop floor

Must be confident to guide and challenge the thinking of leaders through superior communication and presentation skills (presenting to various senior, cross-functional and multi-cultural audiences)

Oversight on the relationship and execution of Manufacturing operations with sufficient process understanding to present solutions to business teams, whilst equally articulating problems to technical or delivery teams

Sound judgment with strong IT and commercial acumen: persistent and focused on the best possible outcome for Reckitt and aligning outcomes to the business goals

Must be a proactive self-starter: able to network, learn and take decisions independently; able to clarify and document unclear situations, set standards, and drive out uncertainty.

Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment, with the personal integrity to make positive change and continuously look for improvement opportunities

People Management & Development

Initially without line management responsibilities, this role should manage a team of IT&D BRMs and will therefore be responsible for defining the optimum resource model and case for change.

Influence and engage with enthusiasm, motivation, and innovation. A very visible communicator who can engage across a variety of media to elevate the perception of their factories, their team and themselves

Establish the strategic IT&D plan across all Latin America sites and agree people strategy with the Sr IT&D Manager - Manufacturing, Americas; lead recruitment where necessary

Qualifications:
Degree qualified or equivalent

Experience of working in a complex organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential (6 + years)

Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT Operating Model alongside Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0

Project Management and Change Management skills desirable

Fluent English and Portuguese essential. Spanish capabilities useful.

- A equipe de Operações de Manufatura de TI&D atua como Tecnologia da Informação e da organização Digital em cada fábrica da Reckitt, bem como atendendo cada líder regional de Suprimentos dentro de uma determinada geografia e/ou unidade de negócios. Este Gerente de TI&D é uma liderança dentro da equipe de Operações de Manufatura de TI&D nas Américas (abrangendo Argentina, Brasil, Colômbia e México) em nossas unidades de negócios de Higiene e Health e Nutrição (GBUs).
- Inicialmente operando de forma independente, será responsável pela ativação de todas as iniciativas estratégicas de TI&D nas fábricas dentro da geografia e responsável por TI&D para 2 líderes de negócios: Diretor Regional de Suprimentos LATAM Higiene e Diretor Regional de Suprimentos LATAM Nutrition. Estabelecendo um relacionamento de gerente de conta com a liderança da fábrica, regional e de categoria, essa pessoa garantirá que haja uma linha de comunicação clara entre todas as partes e que as partes interessadas comprem e se comprometam com uma jornada de transformação.
- A função está sediada em São Paulo, Brasil, onde estão localizadas duas das fábricas do escopo. Com sede na fábrica Raposo Tavares Higiene (nossa maior do continente), há oportunidade de interagir diretamente com o Diretor Regional de Suprimentos no local e encontrar o Diretor Regional de Suprimentos de Nutrição no escritório comercial de São Paulo.
- Se envolverá com grupos globais de produtos de TI&D, incluindo aqueles fora do Supply IT&D, para estabelecer roteiros para recursos de negócios e digitalização dentro das

fábricas, gerenciar o portfólio de mudanças digitais em cada fábrica e defender um ambiente saudável e estável. ecossistema de TI&D da fábrica.
