As a Customer Support Agent, you are responsible for the effective processing and logistics flow of our total order flow process in the French region and customer satisfaction within the EMEA Fluke Order Management Team. You will handle a variety of tasks while applying communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with queries, building strong relationships and ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Process orders and complaints by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate and/or improper deliveries, damages, and claims.
- Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping, and invoicing.
- Inform channel partners about prices, delivery times, the content of the order, and any other commercial information by phone, email, and online.
- Process quotes based on sales or channel partner input.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
- Be part of the multinational Order Management EMEA team which is integral to business success.
- Recognize the variety of cultures and languages within the team, contributing to a fun, engaging, and supportive environment where input is valued.
- Intermediate vocational degree/MBO.
- Previous experience in logistics or electronic equipment and planning environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Excellent digital literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Can-do mentality and strong customer focus.
