The ideal candidate will identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients (companies with 5k+ employees). You will LAND AND EXPAND.What you'll be doing:
Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise-level business and upsell opportunities within your territory.Coordinate with Udemy Business teams to ensure success, customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business objectives and challenges, positioning our solutions as strategic.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring contracts are executed accurately and promptly.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities;
share insights with your team.What You'll HaveWhile skills are more important than specific experience, a typical profile might include:
A motivated, over-achieving "hunter and closer" in a fast-paced environment.7+ years of closing experience in B2B Enterprise sales (preferably SaaS) or equivalent.Experience with enterprise go-to-market strategies including value-based selling and leveraging Value/Solution Engineers in pre-sales.Experience partnering with other Account Executives in overlay sales models.Proven success in opportunity creation and full funnel management.History of exceeding targets in selling licenses/products/subscriptions to enterprise organizations.Udemy offers transparent compensation, with actual pay based on skills, experience, and location, plus benefits, equity, and uncapped OTE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
