- Support the sales organization in achieving its goals through expertise in process optimization and market insights
- Implement go-to-market strategies to achieve sales funnel objectives and increase market share
- Monitor sales funnel KPIs and engage with the sales team on customer opportunities
- Direct and coordinate large-scale commercial initiatives and ensure operational excellence within the sales organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital equipment and/or system sales
- At least 5 years of sales management experience preferred
- Experience in lead generation, funnel management, and account planning processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Experience in the conveying/material handling industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach sales associates effectively
- Familiarity with trade organization participation and leadership roles
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret commercial KPIs and financial data
- Proven track record of driving sales effectiveness and organizational improvement initiatives
