The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code, and is excited to help end users who need assistance. You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment and work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR). The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner seeking a supportive environment to grow IT skills and expertise. This role reports to the Director of IT. About the Role You will be customer-facing and the first line of support; you own support and are passionate about providing an outstanding experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc. We are primarily Mac environments. You will procure and deliver technology equipment and manage tech onboarding for new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees. You will design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools, and contribute improvements to existing knowledge. You will support and manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. You will manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM) and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta). You will create solution documentation and automation to reduce manual work. You will manage incidents and tickets, prioritize workload, and participate in projects over sprints using Jira and agile methods. You will set objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn: 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Automation skills (bash, zsh, python). Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta, create workflows, and work with APIs to connect systems. Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication across media. Ability to draft clear tickets, emails, and Slack messages. Comfort with security principles and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, OSI model). Self-management with the ability to scope work and coordinate across teams. Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfort with ambiguity. Nice to Have: Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).
