Join us on our journey towards sustainable growth, creating real impact on patients and societyFor more information, visit us at and follow our latest news on and .**Job Description:**- Garantir o cumprimento do orçamento de vendas - Assegurar e controlar, em linha com as estratégias dos produtos e seguindo as orientações operacionais do respectivo Responsável da BU, a implementação territorial dos planos promocionais da área por produto, em colaboração com os Gestores de Produto. - Gerir de forma otimizada os recursos atribuídos garantindo o controle contínuo das atividades e reportando quaisquer questões críticas ao responsável da BU de referência. - Elaborar e implementar atividades locais em colaboração com outras funções da empresa - Proteger e desenvolver a imagem corporativa na área através de ações locais para supervisionar o relacionamento com médicos especialistas/KOLs para a área de competência. - Colaborar na implementação de estratégias locais em estreita colaboração com os Gerentes de Acesso. - Gestão e coaching dos seus colaboradores - Assegurar a correta gestão dos colaboradores, representando um ponto de referência e promovendo (também através de uma adequada atividade de coaching) a sua formação, o seu desenvolvimento profissional e autonomia em colaboração com as áreas de RH e de Treinamento - É responsável por garantir que seus colaboradores operem em conformidade com os regulamentos e códigos aplicáveis, SOPs e políticas da empresa.**REQUISITOS**• Diploma de ensino superior pertinente à função, ou seja, em áreas da Saúde ou Negócio, tais como: Administração, Publicidade, Farmácia, Química, Tecnologias Farmacêuticas ou Biologia, • Sólida experiência anterior no setor farmacêutico em contextos multinacionais com elevada complexidade organizacional e de produto.
