DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Realizar a gestão de um time de 15 agentes de atendimento;
- Atuar na construção e gestão de processos de atendimento;
- Realização de feedback contínuo e avaliação de desempenho semestral para agentes de atendimento;
- Apresentação de resultados quinzenais e acompanhamento de indicadores: Qualidade, Produtividade e CSAT.
**Requirements**:
- Experiência anterior como Team Lead da área de atendimento;
- Conhecimento em processos de gestão de call center, como fazer gestão de fila e acompanhar indicadores em tempo real;
- Experiência com gestão de times que respondam a Órgãos de Defesa do Consumidor;
- Bacharelado concluído;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo Híbrido na região da Faria Lima em São Paulo.
