- Proven experience within a Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution Center processes and systems
- Advanced English and Portuguese language skills
- Manage, analyze and improve performance metrics;
- Receive forecast and transportation projects to understand any adjustments in the transportation network;
- Support ATS operations daily, identify improvement opportunities, and manage business improvements
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand upstream and downstream process or technology dependencies critical to successful execution of program goals;
- Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks. Maintain and update all relevant process documentation and communicate to ensure compliance;
- Communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers;
- Generate and analyze reports;
- Define network support as Operational Cost and Performance.
