Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and values.
  • Identify and engage with top-tier influencers who embody our brand ethos and can amplify our reach.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and adherence to campaign goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer content seamlessly into our marketing mix.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously educating yourself on the latest in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, delivering high-impact campaigns within financial parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drove brand awareness and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
