Our clients – primarily CEOs of B2 B companies – partner with us to build authority, grow influence, and generate real business results by hosting high-impact, industry-specific podcasts. We handle the heavy lifting: from booking ideal guests (usually their target clients and partners) to transforming raw footage into world-class content. Our team turns one podcast episode into up to 80+ pieces of content monthly, giving our clients omnipresence across platforms like Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube, all while they spend just 1–2 hours per week on content creation. Role Overview We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s sharp, proactive, and ambitious – someone who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and wants to grow into a strategic Chief of Staff role. You’ll work directly with the founder, supporting both engine.fm (a podcast-driven personal branding agency) and rezy.io (a boutique social media consultancy). This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll manage operations, coordinate with clients, and help organize key projects – eventually owning internal systems, communication flows, and founder leverage. Key Responsibilities Manage founder’s calendar, travel, and inbox with high attention to detail. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items. Draft professional correspondence and assist with client communications. Coordinate across engine.fm and rezy.io projects (Notion, Slack, Click Up, etc.). Handle logistics for client meetings, podcast recordings, and brand initiatives. Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines are met. Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems. Support personal and professional scheduling (as needed). Within 6–12 Months, You’ll Begin To... Manage internal workflows and SOPs. Coordinate between the founder and client teams. Lead recurring meetings and handle executive follow-ups. Build project dashboards and executive summaries. Step into strategic operations and communications (Chief of Staff-track). Qualifications 2–5 years supporting executives, founders, or agency leaders. Excellent written and spoken English. Highly organized and responsive (EST-aligned availability). Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Click Up or Asana. Proven ability to manage competing priorities calmly. Long-term mindset; eager to grow into a senior operations role. Compensation & Benefits This is a salaried position with compensation expected between $15–$25 USD per hour ($30 K-$50 K USD per year).
