OverviewChannel and Partnership Programmatic role at Mastercard. Responsibilities Programmatic Partner Management: design, implement, and manage a scalable, programmatic framework for partner engagement, including a tiering system, clear performance metrics, and automated processes. Partner Portal Engagement: oversee the strategic development and day-to-day management of the partner portal, driving adoption and ensuring it is a central hub for resources, training, and communication. Training and Enablement: develop and execute comprehensive training programs for partners on Mastercard's main solutions; ensure partners have tools and sales collateral to effectively sell our products. Sales Generation: drive sales and revenue through partners; identify joint business opportunities, create co-selling strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: establish and track KPIs for the partner program and provide data-driven reports to senior leadership. Relationship Management: build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners at all levels; act as primary point of contact and ensure productive partnerships. Market Intelligence: stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to optimize the program. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in financial services or technology. Programmatic Approach: proven track record designing and implementing scalable partner programs; experience with PRM software is a plus. Results-Oriented: history of meeting and exceeding sales targets through a partner ecosystem. Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication; capable of presenting to and negotiating with partners and internal stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: ability to think strategically about partner relationships and business objectives. Collaboration: team player who can work with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales). Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed. Report any suspected information security violation or breach. Complete periodic mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard’s guidelines.
