Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic plan for channel development and sales enablement within the Industrial Control Division
  • Manage a team of regional sales managers to assist in closing opportunities and achieving sales objectives
  • Approve and manage sales resources, including contracts and commission tracking
  • Create tools, training, and marketing collateral to enhance the presence of channel partners and meet sales targets
  • Build and manage a team of data specialists to develop analytics and dashboards for improved business decision-making
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct management of others
  • Proven track record of growing commercial sales in the industrial control market
  • Experience working with channel partners and direct sales force
  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master\'s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior experience with P&L ownership
  • Bi-lingual ability is a plus
