About the roleWe’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive Roku’s advertising growth in Brazil. This individual will work closely with channel partners and agencies to develop full-funnel advertising strategies using Roku’s proprietary audience data, unique ad products, and robust measurement solutions.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong digital media background, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role reports to the Advertising Sales Director, LATAM, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in Brazil, the broader LATAM region, and the U.S.

What you will be doing- Build and execute media strategies for M&E partners, educating them on Roku’s advertising capabilities and driving adoption
- Serve as a key individual contributor, responsible for delivering against aggressive revenue targets
- Represent the voice of the Brazilian market internally, advocating for local needs across product, measurement, and customer experience
- Respond to RFPs and co-develop proposals in collaboration with account management, marketing, research, and product teams
- Forge strategic partnerships and deliver tailored solutions that meet advertiser goals across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives
- Surface local market insights to inform Roku’s go-to-market strategy and ad product development
- Maintain accurate revenue tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management
- 3–5 years of experience in media sales (ideally digital, CTV, or advanced TV) with a consistent record of exceeding revenue goals
- 8–10 years overall experience in advertising, digital video, or agency roles
- Strong network of brand and agency relationships in the Brazilian market
- Deep understanding of advertising KPIs and buying models (CPV, CPCV, CPA, CPM, etc.)
- Demonstrated success closing both mid-market and enterprise-level deals
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to sell and execute campaigns
- Familiarity with the OTT/SVOD/AVOD ecosystem and its value for advertisers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills
- Fluency in Portuguese; strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
