What You'll Do1. Brand Strategy Development and Brand Asset Management- Under the global branding framework, do local takeaway brand strategy and asset management, and develop brand mind strategy- Based on the brand strategy, develop communication planning and media strategy for takeaway brand cooperation resource play (including IP, sponsorships, etc.) - Develop company-level year-round brand communication calendar to enhance the Develop company-level annual brand communication calendar to enhance brand mindshare impact. 2. Collaborate with platform activities to plan and execute annual/quarterly/monthly brand communication events based on hotspot/node hierarchy (including online/offline marketing activities) - Develop reach strategy for brand communication (including online/offline media play), and formulate brand co-promotion mechanism - Act as BP of communication, integrate communication needs of various parties, and generate and manage the content of product/activity breakpoints that are conducive to the growth of the brand mind. Evaluate the effectiveness of communication implementation and cost-effectiveness management - Monitor the effectiveness of communication, evaluate the effectiveness of activities and brand mind level, and continue to iterate the method of play.
- Coordinate brand budget management and allocate budget within the section.What We Need From You1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with international education background preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or creative communications. Candidates with overseas market experience in campaign execution, content creation, and digital media planning will be prioritized (must demonstrate working knowledge of major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok, with hands-on experience in strategy development and implementation). 3. Professional English proficiency for business communication.4. Background in food delivery or related industries is advantageous. 5. Proven ability in project leadership, objective analysis, and cross-functional coordination. 6. Exceptional interpersonal skills with track record of aligning stakeholders and driving collaborative projects to completion. 7. Cultural intelligence with demonstrated adaptability in global business environments.8. Continuous innovation mindset with rapid learning agility.
