**Atividades / Responsabilidades**
- Viabilizar os processos de compras corporativas para a organização através das políticas e normas estabelecidas com foco na redução de custos, potencializando resultados e integrando as áreas e negócios com foco em excelência de atendimento;
- Preparar os procedimentos, tais como requisições/pedidos de ordens de compra, definição de alçadas, mecanismos de aprovação e revisão de jurídica, entre outros para atender a politica de compras e condições legais;
- Desenvolve e implementa estratégias para redução de custos, consolidação de fornecedores, melhoria na entrega dos serviços e eficiência do processo;
- Acompanhar, analisar e planejar o fluxo de atividades e processos da área, garantindo o atingimento dos SLAs e demais indicadores de desempenho acordados;
- Planejar e supervisionar as atividades de compras, definindo os parâmetros para as negociações e/ou negociar diretamente com fornecedores as bases e condições para o fornecimento;
- Avaliar fornecedores, coordenar e dar apoio às áreas nas diversas etapas de compras;
- Procurar por serviços corporativos para a organização e seus empregados (por exemplo, viagens, limpeza, serviços de consultoria) ou negociação de contratos com fornecedores (por exemplo, licenças de software, contratos de aluguéis);
- Revisar contratos e reclamações de ordem de compras para garantir conformidade com a política da organização e discutir os defeitos e problemas de entrega com fornecedores e negociar restituições.
**Requisitos**
- Ter boa comunicação, capacidade de ouvir e saber trabalhar em equipe;
- Inglês advanced/fluent;
- Ter motivação e criatividade;
- Ser analítico e organizado;
- Experiência de trabalho comprovada como analista e/ou supervisor/coordenador de compras;
- Conhecimentos em ferramentas e metodologias de compras estratégicas, gestão e desenvolvimento de novos fornecedores e projetos de redução de custos;
- Interesse em dinâmica de mercado e ótima perspicácia para negócios;
- Sólida capacidade de negociação;
- Capacidade de reunir e analisar dados e trabalhar com números;
- Ótimo discernimento e habilidades no processo decisório;
- Ensino superior em em Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos, Logística ou Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
