- Lead the execution of marketing programs.- Manage all marketing efforts and activities within the marketing department.- Act proactively to increase our market segment.- Establish positioning, identify the objective audience and develop marketing plans with specific objectives in different channels and segments.- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.- Serve as a liaison with sales and customer service teams to increase potential customers and customer satisfaction through consistent strategies.- Create, maintain and perform analytical reports on multiple platforms and extract key information for the development of future campaigns and market launch strategies.- Design, test, implement and develop tactics for raising potential clients.- Guide the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and the customer's life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging on all channels.- Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful strategies.- Manage content and updates for customers and internal contact points, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.- Gather customer and market information to inform disclosure strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.- Measure, monitor and report on ROI, KPIs, and the effectiveness of marketing and communications actions.- Stay updated with digital technology developments.Here's what we are looking for:
- Proven work experience as a marketing manager.- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.- Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.- Experience in B2B service marketing.- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.- Practical experience with SEO / SEM, content marketing, and Google Analytics.- You must be highly motivated, flexible and service-oriented.- Experience in managing a high-performance team.- Versatile, goal-oriented, driven, proactive, and experienced in networking and influencing decision makers.- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.- Excellent analytical and project management skills.- Advanced English level.Benefits:
