
Product Marketing Lead, Performance Solutions

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of high performing product marketers, responsible for defining product positioning, implementing go-to-market and conducting inbound for Performance Solutions.
- Drive growth and adoption of performance products in market.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Develop deep relationships and set product priorities with cross functional teams, in particular marketing and communications in market. Align activities to create a coherent external narrative.
- Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving ads product. We are instrumental in setting a go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
- Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
- Ensure a market first approach is taken in all go-to-market, identify opportunities to make vertical based recommendations and scale these across the sales team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 7+ years of product marketing or product management experience with performance ad products.
- 10+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- Proven track record of creating value through strategic product marketing i.e. developing GTM plans, activation strategies and market research that will bring TikTok's advertising products to life
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Courage to challenge, and ability to adjust in a rapidly changing business; insightful and good at independent thinking
- Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience building and leading teams is a plus
