About The Team/role
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst , you will support our recruiting team in finding and attracting great talent to build strong teams across the organization. You’ll help with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Support recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates for different roles and teams.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience during the process.
  • Help prepare reports and use data to track progress.
  • Partner with other HR teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Contribute to projects that make our recruiting culture stronger.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • A least 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related areas (internships count).
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in recruiting and building a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills.
  • Clear communication and willingness to learn.
  • Advanced English (advanced is a plus).
