Let’s start with the role We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll accuracy, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting efficient HR operations across regional teams to meet the needs of our growing organization. Payroll Management & Compliance Process and administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security regulations. Collaborate with Finance and external payroll providers for accurate reporting and reconciliations. Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies. Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, benefits, and policies. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Compensation, Benefits & Reporting Process salary changes, bonuses, and benefits in line with company policies. Provide HR and payroll reports for management and auditors. Support compensation, benefits and wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. What you’ll bring Solid experience in payroll processing and operations, preferably within a multinational setting. Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements. Experience managing HRIS and shift management systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with the APDATA system is a plus. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
