
Diagnostics Strategic Manager

O Gerente Estratégico de Diagnósticos é responsável por elaborar a estratégia do time de Diagnósticos em conjunto com as áreas terapêuticas para maximizar o uso da Medicina de Precisão na conduta terapêutica na jornada do paciente oncológico. É responsável por desenvolver parcerias estratégicas e de longo prazo com stakeholders relevantes e tomadores de decisão no complexo ecossistema de saúde, baseado em um profundo conhecimento sobre testes diagnósticos e sobre dificuldades operacionais clínicas na jornada do testes, permitindo que soluções customizadas possam ser desenvolvidas.
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Definir estratégias, através de uma abordagem cross funcional, para garantir que o conceito de Medicina de Precisão seja aplicado a pacientes elegíveis a testes moleculares.
- Trabalhar com o time cross funcional para acelerar mudanças em políticas e guias nacionais na adoção de novos conceitos e novas práticas diagnósticas.
- Demonstrar a utilidade clínica e promover awareness sobre Medicina de Precisão, uso de biomarcadores e testes moleculares.
- Promover parcerias colaborativas com empresas de diagnósticos, laboratórios, líderes de opinião e profissionais da saúde, visando diminuir e / ou remover as barreiras diagnósticas e ampliar a disponibilidade de testes
- Atuar juntamente com o time Relações Governamentais para identificar oportunidades e implementar projetos que promovam o diagnóstico precoce e assertivo e suportem mudanças de políticas públicas.
- Buscar soluções locais e parcerias para facilitar o diagnóstico molecular e acelerar a adoção de novas metodologias e tecnologias.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de Associações de Pacientes para construir estratégias para engajar pacientes e entregar informações relevantes sobre Medicina de Precisão
- Suportar o lançamento de novos produtos que envolvam a necessidade de um teste de diagnóstico, garantindo a existência de tecnologia local com qualidade assegurada para atender as necessidades das áreas terapêuticas
- Avaliar diferentes opções de testes no mercado, selecionar e qualificar laboratórios de diagnósticos parceiros.
- Trabalhar com time de acesso para identificar soluções inovadoras de acesso/reembolso para diagnósticos.
- Construir o plano estratégico anual para compartilhamento com as marcas e cascateamento com os times de campo
- Participar de reuniões de apresentação de dados estratégicos e resultados para o time internacional e global
**Pré-requisitos**:
- Superior completo na área de Biológicas
- Experiência em gestão estratégica e implementação de soluções diagnósticas
- Experiência desejável em Diagnósticos na área de Oncologia
- Inglês fluente
