**About the Services Team**
**What you will do **
- Ensure Uncapped is providing world-class support to the customer during every part of their lifetime as a customer
- Resolve customer issues in a great speed, keeping backlog inexistent
- Onboarding customers based on our internal policies and procedures
- Perform enhanced due diligence reviews on business customers and their owners
- Generate and maintain appropriate case documentation
- Escalate any issues or complex cases and ensure their resolution
- Other ad-hoc business due diligence-related tasks
**Requirements**:
**Who you are**
- Previous experience in a fintech or fast pace environment is a must
- Experience in customer support or account executive roles
- Experience with Hubspot CRM
- Experience in processing KYC and EDD cases for UK/EU commercial lending or banking customers
- Bachelor's level degree or professional qualification
- Good oral and written communication skills required
- Fluency in verbal and written English. A second language - Polish, Spanish, Dutch or German will be considered an advantage
- Good Research Skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience using JIRA and SQL is a plus
