What will you work on:
- Responsible (alongside Mktg Mgr) for the developing and execution of the AOP assuring global / regional alignment
- Responsible for Bottlers alignment to assure flawless execution.
- Responsible of advertising development process (from brief to execution) including media expenditure approval and control
- Develop and support with insightful analysis H2OH product/packaging development
- Develop brand price strategy proposal developed together with finance, sales & bottler
- Lead innovation project management
- Lead innovation project developments (from opportunity to development)
- Responsible for 360 brand business activation (from plan to market execution)
- Responsible for the media planning management (Key Contact)
- Responsible for the PR agency management (Key Contact)
- Lead consumer research agenda by including local analysis, ad hoc consumer research
- Responsible for executing & monitoring brand marketing budget
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Responsible for monitoring competitors activities
- Evidence high standard teamwork behavior and cooperation among marketing team
- Responsible for providing consumer insights to regional management.

- Solid business background
- Advertising development experience
- Knowledge and dominance of all marketing drivers (prod development, adv, media, promotions and trade)
- Knowledge of consumer and market dynamics.
- Product innovation skills
- Strategic thinking / conceptualize the business/brand.
